We can transfer your MiniDV tapes to MP4 video files.

The footage captured off your MiniDV tapes can be placed on a USB stick (which we can provide), or we can send you the footage via WeTransfer (a free online file transferring service).

You can check that your camcorder tapes are MiniDV tapes by comparing them to pictures by searching for MiniDV tapes on Google.

MiniDV camcorder tapes are an old format, but the quality of MiniDV recordings is a similar resolution to modern DVDs. Depending on how the footage on the MiniDV tapes has been filmed determines the overall quality.

Obviously you can check if a MiniDV camcorder tape still works by playing it in your camcorder, but most people have gotten rid of their old caemras.

MiniDV camcorder tapes are known to be quite durable and long lasting and you may be surprised how long your old tapes have lasted.

GF Video Transfers is not responsible for the state of your MiniDV tapes and every effort will be made to look after the video tapes, as received.

Your Cine Film reels can be dropped off at our location in Horsforth, Leeds. Or can be posted and returned by post once completed, which can be discussed, so please contact us.
